Services
We have experience working with clients with a range of delays and disabilities, including speech and language difficulties, global developmental delays, Autism, Down Syndrome, genetic disorders, hearing loss and Cerebral Palsy.
We are trained in serveral approaches including: PROMPT, Key Word Sign, Interoception, Cued Articulation and Orofacial Myology.

Early Language
Supporting babies and toddlers to communicate their needs and wants and achieve developmental milestones
Fluency
Helping manage one’s stutter and production of fluent speech
Oral Motor Disorders
This involves using the muscles in our face to control the lips, tongue and jaw to eat, sleep, breathe and talk. This may include children who open mouth breathe, snore, have difficulties sleeping, have feeding difficulties and/or speech concerns.
Speech
Our ability to articulate and produce speech sounds.
Social Communication
Supporting your child’s ability to communicate with others, by developing areas such as perspective taking skills, problem solving and improving self-advocacy
Play
Supporting play skills to help achieve a variety of goals, to encourage learning and develop social communication.
Alternative Communication
This includes all forms of communicating, such as signing, using picture mats or aided language stimulation mats and high tech communication devices

Bloom Speech Co accept NDIS (self and plan managed), private health and Medicare clients.
- Fill out referral form at here. We will then be in contact to discuss if we can support your goals.
- Initial appointment, involving a comprehensive case history with the caregiver. This is typically booked for 1 hour.
- Initial assessment with the child and planning of treatment goals. The number of assessment sessions will be dependent on your child’s needs.
- Subsequent treatment sessions, at either home, school or in the community. Sessions can be booked for 30 mins, 45 mins or 1 hour depending on goal areas.
